OUR POLICY

We take pride at the Lisa Nicole Collection in all items we make, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact RETURNS@LISANICOLECOLLECTION prior to sending any return.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our Terms of Service
• All sales are final
• Refunds are not permitted
• Make sure to order the correct size
• All returns are for same item exchange only
• If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase you may return eligible items in their original condition within 14 business days from shipment arrival in exchange for a different size
• Only one return is allowed per item purchased
• It is your responsibility to order the correct size
• Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached, in original package
• Returns must not be custom
• We are not responsible for returning shipping costs
• Custom purchases are final
• We offer alterations on custom orders to customers that notify us within 10 business days from shipment arrival
• Discounted items are final
• We do not offer returns, exchanges or alterations on discounted items
• Donations are non-refundable
• Important: We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If you are not sure about your size use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist, hips, chest or inseam. Please make sure to include the inches of heels when determining height for long options. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart we highly recommend custom sizing. It is your responsibility to order the correct size.

All sales are final on garments made to order. We are happy to offer exchanges with 14 days of receipt for any garment that is with defect that are unworn, in original packaging with original tags.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Lisa Nicole Collection when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Returned defective merchandise will qualify for a store credit ONLY. Your credit will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you. Please make sure you mail your return items back to us within 14 days of receipt.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.

INSURANCE

Lisa Nicole Collection insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your Lisa Nicole Collection items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
